At Ambrosia, we view our culinary service as an opportunity to connect with something greater than ourselves, to honor the sacredness of our bodies, and to pay homage to the divine essence that permeates all things.
This is why we have chosen to name our service after the fabled nectar of the gods, ambrosia, which is said to grant immortality and divine wisdom to those who consume it.

Ambrosia has a regenerative way of being, growing organically, taking into account where we are, the culture that holds us, the nourishment our vessel needs to thrive in life, and where the nourishment comes form. We support building a network of farmers and artisan producers from around the country, we value their work and effort in us having the possibility of having unharmed food. We are very grateful to have the privilege of having the knowledge of how harmful industrialized farmed food is for our system.
